About
This is a tool for parents and tutors. You describe one gap, and it turns that gap into a printable worksheet, or a short story to read aloud, with an answer key.
Sheets cover adding, taking away, number bonds, doubles and halves, and missing numbers from age 5; times tables from age 7; and division facts from age 9.
Spelling covers silent e words, plurals with -es, and the -ed past tense from age 6; and dropping the e before -ing and -ed, doubling the last letter, plurals with -ies, and homophones from age 7. Phonics covers b and d, short vowels, and sh, ch, th, wh and ph from age 5; and vowel teams from age 6. Reading covers finding facts in a text and the order of events from age 6; word meaning from context from age 7; and the main idea from age 8.
Why it exists
Generic worksheet banks are not built around the one gap a parent can name. Each question is checked before it is shown. Maths answers are computed by code, spelling and phonics choices come from checked word lists, and every reading answer is checked against the text.
